Towards a Nation Swimming

Swim England, the national governing body for swimming in England, helps people learn how to swim, enjoy the water safely, and compete in all aquatic sports. It has launched with a strategic plan for swimming in England 2017–21: ‘Towards a nation swimming‘.

Swim England’s vision is of a nation swimming and it strives to inspire everyone to enjoy the water in the way that suits them.

New partnership to SH2OUT about safe open water swimming

The Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK) and British Triathlon have launched a new strategy on 25 Jan 2017 to help drive the development of open water swimming.

Supported by the ASA, the strategy will set standards and grow safe open water swimming.
