Towards a Nation Swimming

Apr 3rd, 2017 | By | Category: News, Swim 21

Swim England, the national governing body for swimming in England, helps people learn how to swim, enjoy the water safely, and compete in all aquatic sports. It has launched with a strategic plan for swimming in England 2017–21.

Swim England’s vision is of a nation swimming and it strives to inspire everyone to enjoy the water in the way that suits them.

Its ambition is to create a happier, healthier and more successful nation through swimming by creating a society where everyone has the opportunity to learn how to swim; is supported to develop their skills; and enjoys the water throughout their lifetime.
